Banking Reforms
- Eliminate Buy-Side and Sell-Side Conflicts of Interest:
- Enforce stricter rules to prevent conflicts within financial institutions.
- Separate fiduciary services from investment banking and product sales to protect investor interests.
- Implement stronger disclosure and compliance requirements for unbiased financial advice.
Federal Reserve and Cryptocurrency Regulation
- Strengthen and Increase Transparency of the Federal Reserve:
- Enhance the Fed’s authority to regulate cryptocurrencies, balancing innovation with systemic risk management.
- Combine the SEC and CFTC
- Require the Fed to operate more transparently to maintain public trust, including regular disclosures on crypto policy and monetary decisions.
Tax Reform
- Implement a Flat Tax for Corporations and Individuals:
- Adopt a single tax rate for all income levels above a minimum standard of living, reducing complexity and loopholes.
- Exempt individuals earning below a set minimum standard of living to promote fairness and support low-income households.
Education Reform
- Free State University Education for Qualified Students:
- Provide tuition-free education at public universities for students meeting academic criteria.
- Allocate federal funds to support states offering free public university programs to incentivize educational advancement.
Gun Control
- Ban Automatic Weapons:
- Enact federal legislation making automatic weapons illegal for civilian use.
- Impose stricter regulations on firearm manufacturing, distribution, and ownership to reduce gun violence.
Healthcare Reform
- Establish National Health Insurance:
- Introduce a universal health insurance system modeled after those in advanced countries, ensuring access to affordable healthcare.
- Integrate private options with a public baseline to maintain competition and high-quality care.
Housing and Homelessness
- Increase Housing Affordability and Eradicate Homelessness:
- Incentivize affordable housing development, tax breaks for landlords, and funding for homeless shelters.
- Create federal and state programs to support low-income housing and homeless populations.
Immigration and Border Control
- Implement Comprehensive Immigration and Border Control Reform:
- Design a fair and secure immigration system that addresses undocumented immigration and enhances legal immigration pathways.
- Increase funding for border security while improving asylum processes and worker visa programs.
Investor Protection
- Modernize the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934:

Pharmaceutical and Biotech Regulation

State Fiscal Responsibility

- Explore increasing the number of justices representing a wider array of judicial perspectives.
Political Term Limits
- Introduce Term Limits for All Politicians:
- Limit terms for members of Congress and other federal and state positions to prevent career politics and encourage fresh ideas.
- Enact legislation to apply these limits consistently across both houses of Congress and high-ranking state officials.
Voting and Election Reforms
- National Voting Reform to Protect Voter Rights:
- Standardize voting rights protections and voting access across states, ensuring fair and equal participation.
- To restore voter trust in the electoral process, we must end gerrymandering, reinforce ethics standards, and set strict limits on PAC spending.
Women’s Rights and Healthcare Access
- Guarantee Equal Access to Health Services for Women:
- Ensure that all women and girls have access to comprehensive health services, including contraception and safe abortion options.
- Protect reproductive rights through federal legislation, upholding women’s autonomy over health-related decisions.
