Nice pop for IOVA – just delayed or possibly eliminated a potential competitor plus short covering. Conversely, Precigen (PGEN) was negatively impacted by Replimune’s rejection due to growing concerns over the new FDA’s approval process. As for PGEN I don’t see many similarities as a placebo-controlled trial for prgn-2012 is not needed to show efficacy. I do have shares a much lower price point but with a 17% decline I may look to add.

Conversely, Precigen (PGEN) was negatively impacted by Replimune’s rejection due to growing concerns over the new FDA’s approval process. As for PGEN I don’t see many similarities as a placebo-controlled trial for prgn-2012 is not needed to show efficacy. I do have shares a much lower price point but with a 17% decline I may look to add.
