This Privacy Policy applies to billcara.com and the publications, newsletters, reports, podcasts, data products, portfolio updates, community features, and related services distributed under the Bill Cara brand. We use Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions. Stripe may collect and process personal information such as name, email address, billing details, payment method information, transaction data, subscription status, fraud-prevention information, and related checkout data according to Stripe's own privacy policy. BillCara does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.

If you subscribe or interact with BillCara through a third-party platform such as Substack, that platform may collect and process your personal information under its own privacy policy and terms.

9. Community Features and User Content

If you post comments, replies, forum contributions, feedback, or other user content, that content may be visible to other users according to the feature and your subscription access. Do not submit sensitive personal information, brokerage credentials, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, private health information, or information about other people unless you have authority to do so.

We may moderate, remove, retain, disclose, or preserve user content as described in our Terms of Service and as necessary to operate the Services, enforce our agreements, protect users, or comply with law.
